At the Policy Meeting held on 17 September 2009, the Dental Council of Hong Kong (“the Council”) decided to publish in the Council's website future written judgments of the Council. Judgments of the inquiries handed down by the Council before 17 September 2009 would not be uploaded onto the website of Council. At the Policy Meeting held on 14 July 2018, the Council decided to publish only the written judgments of the cases of which all charges/some of the charges were found guilty. |
