The purpose of publishing a list of registered dentists whose names appear in the General Register/Specialist Register is to inform the public that each person named in the list is qualified to practise dentistry in Hong Kong under the Dentists Registration Ordinance/is qualified to have his name included in the Specialist Register under a particular specialty. Persons using the personal data therein for an unrelated purpose render themselves liable to action under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap.486. |
